The state of California provided Kim D. Scovis with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from the University of California Northridge Law School.

The California State Bar found Kim guilty of the following misconduct.

Kim’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to promptly disburse settlement funds to medical providers
• Abandoned client’s case

As consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Kim by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

Kim’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to perform legal services competently (Moron)
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Kim by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Kim practices with the Law Offices of Kim D. Scovis at 1534 North Moorpark Road in Thousand Oaks, California, which is located in Ventura County.
