Attorney Vita Battiato of Victoria, AUS; ethical misfit

The Victorian Law Society presented Vita M. Battiato with a law license in 1987.

The Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal found Vita guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Vita!)
• Failed to provide written response to ethics investigators as rules mandate
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal punished Vita by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015), Vita practices at 1 254 Lonsdale Street in Dandenong, Victoria, Australia.
