The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Shared fees with non-attorneys
• Assisted non-attorney to engage in the illegal practice of law
• Published misleading (false) advertisements

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
