The state of Michigan presented Steven G. Cohen with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Wayne State University Law School.

A panel of the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission is investigating Stevie for engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, Stevie is involved in a disputed legal fight over the homemade coat that Rosa Parks was wearing when she refused to give up her seat on a Alabama bus to a white passenger in 1955. (Mike Martindale, The Detroit News)

Stevie alleged that Probate Judge Freddie Burton Jr. failed to properly handle the Parks estate and that he appointed two (2) of his longtime attorney buddies who gouged the estate by charging it unnecessary legal fees.

Subsequently, Stevie the Loser attempted to have Judge Burton removed from the Parks probate case. Subsequently, Oakland Circuit Judge Elizabeth Pezzetti reviewed Stevie’s complaint and dismissed it out of hand.

Stevie claims that the coat Parks wore has been valued at $1.35 million. If it sells for that mount, Stevie would likely receive between $400 and $500 in attorney fees. Obviously, he has a vested interest in ridding himself of any judge who may actually weight the “real” evidence and rule against him.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Stevie by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court.
