The Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the law
• Failed to maintain professional competence in the law (idiot)
• Failed to afford parties right to be heard (due process)
• Failed to announce verdict in open court after bench trial
• Failed to record judgments in court’s docket as required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Bobby continues to sit as Justice of the Peace of Precinct 1, Place 1 in Pharr, Hidalgo County, Texas.
