Barrister Francis Chai of Queensland, AUS; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Francis Ynong Toh Chai with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Dalhousie University Law School.

The Bar Association of Queensland found Francis guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Francis!)
• Failed to produce requested files to ethics investigators

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Francis by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand  and a $5,000 fine.
