Attorney Mitchell Young of San Pedro, CA; liar, repeat offender

The state of California provided Mitchell Bruce Young with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Pepperdine University Law School.

The California State Bar found Mitch guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Made false statements to his client
  • Failed to keep client informed of significant developments in his case
  • Made false statements to a trial court
  • Settled client’s case without client’s authorization
  • Misconduct led to client’s personal injury case being dismissed

As one would suspect this wasn’t Mitch’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reproval for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Mitch by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Mitch practices at 1379 Park Western Drive in San Pedro, California, which is located in Los Angeles County.
