Attorney Dale Haley of Las Vegas; ethical misfit

The state of Nevada presented Dale Edward Haley with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Dale guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to promptly inform client of settlement of client’s case
  • Failed to provide client with written contingent fee agreement

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Dale by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Dale practices with the Law Offices of Dale E. Haley at 3690 South Eastern Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada.
