Attorney Rory Vohwinkel of Las Vegas; ethical gremlin 

The state of Nevada presented Rory J. Vohwinkel with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Rory guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law in California despite the fact that he did not posses a California law license
• Failed to act with due diligence
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to provide client with requested accounting
• Charged and/or collected an unreasonable fee

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Rory by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Rory practices at 4000 South Eastern Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada.
