Attorney Charles Cleary of Manchester, NH; ethical misfit

 

The state of New Hampshire presented Charles F. Cleary with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

 

The Board of Bar Overseers found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Violated or attempted to Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another 
  • Failed to withdraw when required to do so
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Charlie by gifting him with complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Charlie practices with Wadleigh Starr & Peters PLLC at 95 Market Street in Manchester, New Hampshire.
