Attorney Russell Ingebritson of Edina, MN; convicted loser

The state of Indiana presented Russell A. Ingebritson with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Russ guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Russ was convicted in Federal District Court for conspiring to commit an offense against the United States in violation of 18 U.S.C. 371 and for conspiring with a co-defendant not to inform the Railroad Retirement Board that the co-defendant’s weekly purchase of feed for his wife’s quarter horse operation.

In another matter, Russ was convicted for conspiring with another co-defendant not to inform the Railroad Retirement Board that he worked for Russ’s law firm.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Russ by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Joey practices in Edina, Minnesota, which is a suburb of Minneapolis.
