Attorney Leslie Jacobs of Pepper Pike, OH; lying tax cheat

The state of Ohio presented Leslie William Jacobs with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline found Leslie guilty of the following misconduct.

Over the course of several years, Leslie found it acceptable to file false income tax returns with the IRS. Making matters worse, Leslie knowingly lied to IRS agents when they interviewed him about his filing of false income tax returns.

Subsequently, Leslie was convicted of felony tax fraud and sentenced to one-year in prison and a $10,000 fine.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Leslie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Leslie is employed by Prestress Services Industries LLC at 30539 Pinetree Road in Pepper Pike, Ohio.
