Attorney Gary Hinchman of Houston; thieving loser  

The state of Florida presented Gary Hinchman with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

The District Grievance Committee found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to keep client informed about status of his divorce
• Failed to comply with client requests for information
• Failed to refund advance fees he had not earned (thief)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
