Attorney Jon Thomas of Houston; ethical dwarf 

The state of Florida presented Jon Phillip Thomas with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

The District Grievance Committee found Jon guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jon failed to timely provide the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel with a response or other information as required by the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure.

In truth, Jon told Disciplinary Counsel, Up yours!

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Jon by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 12-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Florida Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jon.
