Attorney Tyler Larsen of Coalville, UT; lying loser

The state of Utah presented Tyler James Larsen with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Widener University Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Tyler guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as a Davis County prosecutor.

In one matter, Tyler found it acceptable in a criminal case to show robbery victims only one picture of the defendant, and not the others that were in the photo lineup. This is affectionately referred to as “prosecutorial editing 101.”

In another matter, Tyler lied about payments that a criminal defendant had made to a probation officer.

As you can see, Tyler the Demented Liar and Deceiver was willing to do anything to put a notch on his prosecutorial belt. Sadly, this certified loser didn’t actually give a damn if he sent an innocent person to prison.

After discovering his egregious misconduct, the Davis County Prosecutor’s Office immediately terminated Tyler.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Tyler by gifting him with a complimentary 7-month suspension from the bench.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Tyler practices at 1371 South Hoytsville Road in Coalville, Utah.
