Attorney Raj Napal of Ontario, CAN; ethical gremlin

The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Rah Napal with a law license in 1996.

The Law Society of Upper Canada found Raj guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to represent a client honorably
  • Took inappropriate instructions from his client
  • Assisted his client to delay court case
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Advanced sham allegations of judicial bias
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Falsely accused Crown representatives of misconduct “when there was no reasonable foundation for the allegations”

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society of Upper Canada punished Raj by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Raj practices with NLC Lawyers at 58 Mill Street North in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.
