Attorney Randall Parker of San Antonio; ethical dwarf  

The state of Texas presented Randall A. Parker with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Baylor University Law School.

The District Grievance Committee found Randy guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to advise client he had moved his office
• Failed to return client phone calls
• Failed to give notice to client he was not going to file suit on client’s behalf
• Failed to withdraw representation when required to do so
• Failed to file federal lawsuit within statutory time lime so as to protect client’s interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license. 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Randy.
