Attorney Thomas Ford of Carrolton, TX; cheating loser

The state of Texas presented Thomas Allen Ford with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Southern Methodist University Law School.

The Grievance Committee found Rodney Tommy of the following misconduct.

  • Neglected client bankruptcy cases
  • Failed to timely file bankruptcy petitions
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Failed to obtain judge’s signature on order to reinstate client’s bankruptcy case
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Tommy!)
  • Failed to return unearned fees (cheater)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Tommy.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Tommy practices with the Ford Law Firm PLLC at 2340 East Trinity Mills Road in Carrolton, Texas.
