Attorney Arnulfo Guerra Jr. of McAllen, TX; thieving loser

The state of Texas presented Arnulfo Guerra Jr. with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The Grievance Committee found Rodney Arnie of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Arnie was hired for criminal representation and collected a fee of $75,000, a portion of which was to be used for an anticipated bond. The committee found that the fee was unconscionable.

After termination of the representation, Guerra failed to return the unearned portion of the fee.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Arnie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Arnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Arnie practices with the Law Office of Arnulfo Guerra at 721 East Esperanza Avenue in McAllen, Texas.
