Attorney Rodney Sipes of Edinburg, TX; ethical misfit  

The state of Texas presented Rodney W. Sipes with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Texas Law School.

The Grievance Committee found Rodney guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Rodney failed to make reasonable efforts to assure that the conduct of a non-lawyer employed by him was compatible with his professional obligations.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Rodney by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Rodney practices at 135 Paseo Del Prado in Edinburg, Texas.
