Attorney Kenneth Cager of Sugarland, TX; ethical misfit  

The state of Texas presented Kenneth David Cager with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Southern University Law School.

The Grievance Committee found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter
• Failed to keep and preserve client’s property

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
