The state of Texas presented Harold V. Dutton Jr. with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The Grievance Committee found Harry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to client phone calls
• Failed to return client file
• Client forced to effectuate appeal w/o file being returned

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Harry by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 12-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Harry.
