Attorney David Fretz of Williamsville, NY; thieving loser

The state of New York provided David Eldon Fretz with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the State University of New York Buffalo Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the 8^th Judicial District found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal conduct
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to promptly refund unearned fee (cheater)
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to seek clients’ lawful objectives
• Failed to carry out contract of employment
• Intentionally prejudiced/damaged client
• Disregarded ruling of tribunal
• Misappropriated (stole) client funds (thief)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain client funds in special account
• Filed to notify client of receipt of property owed to client
• Failed to place client property in safe deposit box
• Failed to maintain complete records of client property
• Failed to maintain required records of bank accounts
• Made withdrawals from special account payable to cash

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patrons for Attorney Misfits sitting on Grievance Committee of the 8^th Judicial District punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Dave practices the Law Office of David E. Fretz at 19 East Pinelake Drive in Williamsville, New York.
