Attorney Frank Ramacciotti of Buffalo, MN; tax scofflaw

The state of Minnesota presented Frank Ramacciotti with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to abide by terms of probation
  • Failed to obtain psychiatric evaluation and treatment
  • Failed to timely provide medical authorizations
  • Faield to cooperate with ethics investigation (Up yours, said Frankie!)
  • Found in contempt of court for failing to pay child support and alimony
  • Failed to file federal income tax returns for ten years

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary 4-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Frankie practices with the Ramacciotti Law Office at 116 ½ Central Avenue in Buffalo, Minnesota.
