Attorney Barrie Schumack of Egan, MN; crook, repeat offender

The state of Minnesota presented Barrie S. Schumack with a law license in 1982.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Barrie guilty of the following misconduct.

In addition to the two (2) instances of misconduct set forth below, Barrie previously received one complimentary admonition and one term of probation for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

Barrie’s 3^rdbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

• Engaged in a pattern of neglect
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to return client files
• Failed to provide accountings to clients
• Failed to return unearned fees (crook)
• Failed to pay court-ordered judgments rendered against him
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Barrie!
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Neglected client matter
• Failed to cooperate with his probation supervisor

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary term of probation.
