Attorney Timothy Zak of Minneapolis; lying loser

The state of Minnesota presented Timothy Jay Zak with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Hamline University Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to expedite litigation consistent with interests of client
  • Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matters
  • Failed to comply with client requests for information
  • Failed to take steps to protect clients’ interests upon termination
  • Knowingly made false statements of material in his dealings with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Timmy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Timmy practices at 247 Third Avenue in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
