Attorney Anthony Marick of Minneapolis; greedy loser

The state of Minnesota presented Anthony M. Marick with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tony found it acceptabel to purchase and sell shares of

stocke in a company based on confidential information he had obtained

through legal work being done by the law firm that had the misfortune of hiring him.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Tony practices with Moss & Barnett PA at 150 South Fifth Street in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
