Attorney George Taft of Burlington, VT; serial tax cheat

The state of Vermont presented George Taft with a law license in 1974.

The Vermont Professional Responsibility Board found George guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, George failed to file his Vermont Income Tax returns for a period of at least eight (8) consecutive years.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Vermont Supreme Court punished George by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) George practices at 192 College Street in Burlington, Vermont.
