Attorney Edward Olson of Minneapolis; ethical dwarf

The state of Minnesota presented Edward Carsten Olson with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from William Mitchell Law School.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyer Regulation found Eddy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Eddy found it acceptable to allow a suspended attorney, who was formerly a partner of his and who was acting as his law clerk, to manage the law firm trust account without adequate supervision, and to sign trust account checks, resulting in a misappropriation (theft) of client funds.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Eddy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year term of probation.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Eddy practices in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area.
