Attorney Christopher Trainor of White Lake, MI; ethical elf  

The state of Michigan presented Christopher J. Trainor with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Detroit Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Chris represented a client in a civil action. Subsequently, Chris received  a settlement check in the amount of $650.00 made payable to the Christ and his client.

Chris then deposited the check in his trust account without his client’s endorsement. Chris then applied the entire amount to a statement for attorney fees without his client’s knowledge or consent.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Chris practices with Christopher Trainor & Associates at 9750 Highland Road in White Lake, Michigan, which is located in Oakland County.
