Attorney James Toth of Almont, MI; ethical dwarf

The state of Michigan presented James C. Toth with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Wayne State University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct exposing legal profession to contempt
  • Neglected client’s civil action
  • Knowingly assisted or induced another to violate rules of conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Jimmy practices with the Great Lakes Legal Team PLC at 117 South Main Street in Almont, Michigan, which is located in Lapeer County.
