Attorney Demetrio Timban of Madison Heights, MI; ethical elf 

The state of Michigan presented Demetrio Timban with a law license in 2006.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Demetrio guilty of the following misconduct.

• Wrote checks on insufficient fund account (rubber)
• Engaged in conduct violating a criminal law
• Engaged in the illegal practice of law
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Demetrio by gifting him with a complimentary 175-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Demetrio practices with Samuels-Ellis & Timban PLLLC at 32620 Concord Drive in Madison Heights, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
