The state of Michigan presented Thorvald K. Thorson with a law license in 1997.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Thor guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Thor pled guilty in the Oakland County Circuit Court to a criminal charge of Computers-Communicating with Another for the Purpose of Committing Proscribed Conduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Thor by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Thor practices at 1809 Ash Street in Wyandotte, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
