Attorney Mark Teklinski of Warren, MI; repeat offender  

The state of Michigan presented Mark H. Teklinski with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Michigan State University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

Mark’s 1^stbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree  

• Made misrepresentations (lied) to Court of Appeals
• Neglected a client’s divorce matter
• Failed to protect client’s interest by allowing a default judgment to be entered against the client (victim)
• Failed to take any action to set aside default judgment
• Failed to file counter complaint on client’s behalf
• Failed to negotiate a property settlement
• Failed enter an order allowing for his withdrawal as counsel
• Failed to file required application for leave to appeal, which resulted in dismissal of client’s cause of action
• Willful neglect of criminal appeal after receiving fees or partial fees
• Falsely advised client that neighbor had been served a “peace bond”
• Refused to provide copy of “peace bond to client
• Failed to file a civil complaint on client’s behalf
• Lied to client that a hearing would be held in matter on a date or dates certain in a lawsuit he never filed on the client’s behalf

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Mark’s 2^ndbite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree  

• Failed to timely file client’s fingerprints and biographical information for processing prior to scheduled court hearing
• Failed to comply with request for information from client’s new attorney
• Failed to arrange for appearance of client’s wife at court hearing
• Failed to present evidence sufficient to prove to satisfaction of court that his client had a bona fide marriage
• Failed to comply with client’s request for information

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Donnie practices at 3200 East 12 Mile Road in Warren, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
