Attorney Robert Hayes of San Antonio; thieving loser

The state of Texas presented Robert J. Hayes with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.

The District 6 Grievance Committee found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to respond to client’s reasonable requests for information
• Failed to refund unearned fees (crook)

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t actually mete out any meaningful punishment to Bobby.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Bobby practices with The Law Offices of Robert J. Hayes at 709 East Quincy in San Antonio, Texas.
