Attorney Theresa Griffin of Seattle; ethical dwarf  

The state of Washington presented Theresa Louise Griffin with a law license in 2001.

The Washington State Bar found Terry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to adequately define scope of representation in immigration matter
• Gave erroneous information to client (Dumbo)
• Failed to keep client informed as to status of legal matter

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Terry by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.
