Attorney Carl Retter of Scottsdale, AZ; lying loser  

The state of Arizona presented Carl R. Retter with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit.

The Arizona State Bar found Carl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain complete trust account records
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Sent out false and misleading advertising letter for mediation services to potential clients
• In false letter stated his firm employed Maricopa County Bar Association licensed paralegals when in fact the Bar Association does not license paralegals

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Carl’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Carl by gifting him with a complimentary 120-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Carl practices at 4800 North 68^thStreetin Scottsdale, Arizona.
