The state of Wisconsin presented Thomas J. McClure with a law license in 1980 after he graduated Marquette University Law School.
The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to provide client with required written fee agreement

Failed to hold advance fees in trust account

Failed to timely file state and federal tax returns for several years

Placed all his monies into office trust account to prevent seizure by IRS

File false certificates certifying compliance with record-keeping rules

Failed to retain monthly reconciliation reports

Failed to main individual client ledgers

Wrote check on insufficient account (rubber)

Made at least 670 improper cash withdrawals from trust account

Commingled client funds with personal funds

Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

Converted client funds to personal use

Failed to promptly deliver funds to medical providers
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. April 2015), Tommy practices at 15 Crossroads Court in Delafield, Wisconsin.
