The state of New Jersey presented Neil I. Sternstein with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics has charged Johnny with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Snooping on private Facebook postings of client’s adversary
• Communicated with party represented by counsel
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court mete out to Johnny.
