Attorney Paul Mattern of Glendale, AZ; repeat offender

The state of Arizona presented Paul J. Mattern with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the Arizona State University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to appear for court hearings
  • Failed to meet court filing deadlines
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to provide documents to client’s new counsel
  • Sent inappropriate text messages to another attorney
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Paulie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined on more than one occasion for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension nof his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2015) Paulie practices at 6670 West Cactus Road in Glendale, Arizona.

Warning: Paulie does not carry legal malpractice insurance
