Attorney Michael Baldwin of Tucson; repeat offender

The state of Arizona presented Michael W. Baldwin with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Arizona Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Overdrew his trust account
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators
  • Failed to maintain client ledgers
  • Negligently converted client funds
  • Bad faith obstruction of disciplinary process

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Mike’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He had previously been disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015) Mike practices with Michael W. Baldwin PC at 12080 East Eighth Street in Tucson, Arizona.
