Attorney Matthew Finley of Lexington, KY; cheating loser

The state of Kentucky presented Matthew Scott Finley with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Kentucky Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Matt guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Matt found it acceptable to use public resources at taxpayer expense to perform various researches on Westlaw, which charges a fee for such research.

Matt was fined $2,000 by the state for the improper use of Westlaw on at least 36 occasions to search for answers that he subsequently posted on JustAnswer.com.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court punished Matt by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2015) Matt practices at 275 Burke Road in Lexington, Kentucky.
