Attorney Jacob Hafter of Las Vegas, NV; lying loser  

The state of Nevada presented Michael Joseph with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Case Western University Law School in Cleveland. 

The Nevada Bar Association found Jacob guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jacob found it acceptable to make false statements while he was running to become Nevada’s State Attorney General.

During the campaign Jacob stated that an ethics complaint had been submitted to the Nevada State Bar that Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto had violated attorney-client privilege by releasing correspondence between her office and the governor.

Jacob’s statement regarding Ms. Masto which he published via a press release was known to him to be false and/or made with reckless disregard for the truth.

Subsequently, Jacob the Liar lost the nominating election to Travis Barrick who was later beaten in the general election by Ms. Masto.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Jacob by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2015) Jacob practices at 911 North Buffalo Drive in Las Vegas, Nevada.
