Attorney Cynthia Roy of Columbus, OH; ethical misfit

The state of Ohio presented Cynthia M. Roy with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from Ohio State University Law School.

The Columbus Bar Association found Cynthia guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Cynthia found it acceptable to violate the disciplinary rules when she failed to advise her client that she didn’t carry legal malpractice insurance.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Cynthia by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015) Cynthia practices at 341 South Third Street in Columbus, Ohio.
