Attorney Kevin McDowell of Boulder, CO; ethical misfit  

The state of Colorado provided Kevin L. McDowell with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Colorado Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kevin negligently advised his client in a marriage dissolution proceeding as to how assets could be hidden and how to avoid garnishment. Fortunately for the client, he never followed Kevin’s advice.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Kevin practices with McDowell & Norman LLP at 4450 Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder, Colorado.
