Attorney Hilda Burnett-Baker of Raleigh, NC; lying loser  

The state of North Carolina presented Hilda Burnett-Baker with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Hilda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made a false statement of material fact in a bankruptcy filing
• Failed to file amended notice regarding false filing in bankruptcy court

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Hilda’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Hilda by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2015) Hilda practices at 1117 Bearglades Lanes in Raleigh, North Carolina.
