Attorney Craig Bainum of Lehi, UT; ethical dwarf

The state of Utah presented Brent E. Johns with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Brigham Young University Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Craig guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to safeguard client property
  • Failed to communicate with clients
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by assisting or inducing another to do so or through the acts of another

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Craig by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Craig practices at 195 West Main in Lehi, Utah.
