Attorney Brent Johns of Ogden; ethical misfit  

 

The state of Utah presented Brent E. Johns with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Brigham Young University Law School.

 

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by assisting or inducing another to do so or through the acts of another

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

 

As we speak (ca. April 2015), Greg practices at 290 25thStreetin Ogden, Utah.
