Attorney Daniel Irvin of Bountiful, UT; ethical gremlin  

The state of Utah presented Daniel V. Irvin with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Danny!)
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by assisting or inducing another to do so or through the acts of another
• Failed to properly discuss matters involving client involved in divorce case
• Failed to finalize proposed order as directed by trial court
• Failed to take steps to protect client’s interests after termination

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Danny practices with Irvin Law PLLC at 1245 South 400 East in Bountiful, Utah.
