Attorney William Thompson III of Atlantic City; ethical dwarf

The state of New York presented William A. Thompson III with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Ethics found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly with from representation
• Refused to turn over client file to substitute counsel

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. March 2015), Billy is a partner with Callaghan Thompson & Thompson PA in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
